Phonebook recycling for on-campus departments

UW Recycling, with the help of Phonebook Coordinators, recycles all outdated phonebooks on campus during summer quarter each year. If you have questions, please contact your Phonebook Coordinator or UW Recycling at recycle@u.washington.edu.

Note: This form is only for requesting pickup of phonebooks on campus. If you are in a leased facility, use the recycling provided by the building management.

This form is to be completed by phonebook coordinators or their designees only. Please submit after all old phonebooks are at the recycling location.
